Before an interview can be arranged; Camelot College requires the following documents to be email or dropped off:

1. An Educational assessment done by a Psychologist (Not more than 2 years old)

2. The last 3 school reports

After the interview has taken place the following documents will be required:

1. Signed application form

2. Signed outing consent form

3. Signed Code of Conduct form

4. Transfer card of file from previous school

5. Birth Certificate or ID of learner

6. Immunization card

7. Passport sized photo

8. ID of both parents/guardians

9. Proof of employment from both parents/guardians

10. 6 month pay slips from both parents/guardians

11. Proof of residence from both parents/guardians
